Mango Parfait

Salam..
October has always been a busy month..Three of ours friends (including my two housemates) are celebrating their birthday..So, we made this easy-to-make desserts called parfait which means perfect in French for Yanie considering she really likes mango and besides, it's mango season here in Bandung.. ;)

What you need:
4 very riped mango
Lemon, juiced
1 cup sugar
250ml natural yogurt
Chocolate cookies/biscuits, crushed
Instant whipped cream

How to make:
1. To make the mango puree, blend together mango, sugar and lemon juice. Puree should be thick.
2. Take any parfait glass. Layer 2-3tbs of puree and 2tbs of yogurt. Repeat layers.
3. Top with whipped cream and crushed biscuits/cookies.
4. Keep refrigerated at least 15 min. before serving.

Make 4-5 servings.
