With colours
They give me
The pleasure
Being a little girl
So
I paint my face
Of sunkiss matt
I smudge my lids
With copper and lime
I peep my eyes
Of charcoal and mink
I blush my cheeks
With a healthy peach
I colour my lips
With a rosy tint
Then,
I go outside
On a sunny day
What a clear blue sky
With a smile on my face
But you
Can only see my dolly face
For what's inside
Remain silent
But,
My true colours
Can't be erased
For I am a disgrace
Of my own place.
